Neil Ginsberg

Neil Ginsberg is a graduate of the Hartt School of Music and the University of Southern California. Commissions include: Westminster Choir College, Duke University, Stillwater Childrens Chorus, New Alternatives for Children, Lehigh University, Schuylkill County Chorus, Missouri Choral Directors Association, and the Kingswood‑Oxford School. Additionally, he has written music for Off Broadway productions, television, and film and is a sought after conductor and pianist.

He has been the recipient of numerous awards including: Meet the Composer, the Temple Guild of Young Composers, BMI, New York City Fringe Festival Audience Choice Award, and New Dramatists.

Neil is a former faculty member of the Juilliard School of Drama, 92nd Street Y, Berkshire Ensemble for Theater Arts, and the International Schools Theater Association. Currently, he teaches music and drama at the Brooklyn Friends School and is the director of youth music at the First Unitarian Church of Brooklyn.
