Jason D Payne

Jason Payne (b. 1980) is a native of Decatur, Georgia and a 2002 graduate of Bob Jones University where he received his organ training under the direction of Dr. Ed Dunbar. Jason has also studied with Dr. Albert L. Travis, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Organ at Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Jason has many years of experience as a church organist, having served First Baptist Church of Atlanta, First Baptist Church of Snellville, and Briarlake Baptist Church. He currently serves as organist for Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia. In addition to his music, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling. Jason is married to his college sweetheart, Erin, and they have been blessed with four children.
