While many orders are shipping within 1–2 weeks, purchasing digital editions is still the quickest way to get your music. As a reminder, to access your downloads, you’ll need to log into your account on the website using the same email/account that you used to place the order. After you log in, dropdown the Account menu and select “My Downloads.”
If you are getting a 404 error, it’s likely because you’re clicking a link from an email. That link won’t take you to your download. You’ll need to log into your web account and follow the process just above.
If your download folder is empty, it’s likely because the files didn’t have enough time to download. This is especially true for accompaniment recordings for musicals and all video files. These files can take upwards of 15 minutes to fully download, even over a fast connection. Depending on your system settings, you may see a folder that looks like it’s available, but if you try to open it before everything downloads, it will stop the download process and give trigger an error when you try to open the folder. If this happens, please try the download again and make sure to allow ample time. Note that many of these download as compressed or zip folders so will also need to be extracted once they’ve downloaded.
